Year two brings the fun chaos of harvesting and planting at the same time! Our early season strawberries are a delicious treat while planting some sunflowers and even giant pumpkins for the fall!

Two evenings in a row at the farm to do some weeding, planting, tree maintenance and snacking. Tonight we added:

🌻Sunflowers
🪻Lavender
💮Chamomile
🎃Pumpkins
🥕Carrots
🫛Beans
🥬Lettuce
🫛Peas

Fun family farm day! Some work, lots of play! Explored the forest preserve, roasted s’mores, and made dandelion crowns! ...
