Alot of our people ask: what is Mayhaw?
Answer = The mayhaw berry is a small, tart fruit from the hawthorn tree (Crataegus genus, family Rosaceae) native to the wetland and swampy river bottoms of the southeastern United States.
And that is what we are making today!
