5yr old beautifully colored Bay Roan Barbrant × Quarter Horse cross mare, standing approximately 16hh. to go along with her striking beauty Ruby is very broke, family safe, and trail/traffic safe. Ruby offers smooth, comfortable gaits and balanced transitions, making her an easy and enjoyable ride for anyone. She is quiet, very forgiving, and takes new situations in stride. A quick learner with a willing attitude.
Ruby responds well to leg and rides calmly both in the arena and on the trail. Confident alone or in company, and unfazed by vehicles and everyday activity. Excellent ground manners — easy to catch, tie, load, and stands well for the farrier. No known vices. A genuine mare who is ready for a job and a home where she will be valued and loved. 2017 AQHA 1D rodeo winner/open 14.3hh mare, handy youth suitable, safe, sound, no injuries, runs on lasix. Fancy broke, no holes, not in any incentives. Hasn’t ran poles.

DEXTER
20yr old Grade Black Gelding, 16hh, he does have maintenance that’s required. He has Cushing, that is maintained with Prascend. Does not affect his ability at all. Would be a great step up horse for a youth. He’s a solid 3-4D open horse on barrels. He has done all the 4-h events. Knows poles, great for everything and can stay barefoot. Not recommended to a beginner since he can be on the muscle before a run but never dangerous or stupid. No buck, rear, or kick,spook
