We have a very unique and special relationship with our Clients and realize many of our Clients treat their dog(s) as a member of the family. They are very particular how their dog looks and feels and we know there is nothing like a happy, healthy and a attractive dog. Grooming styles over the last century has changed very little in regards to breed standards. What has changed is technology in the process, the tools and the equipment that are used to make the grooming process easier with better and safer results. Even though a transformation has taken place in the grooming process one thing that has never changed is the expectation of perfection. It takes time to create a masterpiece and sometimes it may take several trips to the groomer to get the ultimate desired appearance and that is why we take pride in our work knowing that such standards cannot be accomplished in just an hour. We promise to give your dog the time necessary to get the desired results. The majority of Grooming Salons or Groomers cannot survive financially unless they groom a large number of dogs. Each day the Salon may groom their dog(s) as if they were being ran through on an assembly line. This environment creates havoc, stress, and increases the chance of injury to your dog(s) not to mention the substandard grooming. We have seen dogs actually traumatized by an environmental setting that includes multiple groomers; other dogs and other people also present doing things that cause major distractions. Our motto is “Quality versus Quantity” this leaves our customers reassured that their dogs will be handled delicately in order to create the utmost positive experience for your pet. All dogs are groomed in a home environment by just one groomer focusing only on just your dog with no other distractions, or another client’s dogs. Our work is guaranteed. Before a dog is accepted, a clear understanding is made as to what the Client expects and wants to see as the end result. We take pictures of the dog before and after, and incorporate notes on file to ensure perfection each time. When the dog is returned to the owner, the owner will examine the grooming and adjustments may be made up to 48 hours after the dog is initially returned to the Client. Please understand that there are extenuating circumstances that may have an effect on the initial desired results. To achieve a desired result, several visits may be needed to allow the coat to grow and develop over a period of time to get the desired show quality appearance or style.
