I cannot believe we actually made it! Mydot.dog officially turned 1 year old July 15th, 2022 and what a year it was! Firstly, I would like to thank my fiance Tony Ardolino because I would not have been able to do any of this without you! You have been an incredibly supportive partner who has dealt with many late night wake ups to let the dogs go p*e or dealing with near constant wrestling between Peeves and whomever is staying over. You have also been a great resource to the business whenever I have needed someone to bounce ideas off of and you have never questioned whether or not this crazy venture of mine was going to succeed or not, which has given me the confidence to keep going day in and day out.
I would also like to thank my talented friend and client Bryant Ross who helped me formulate a brand identity and designed the awesome logos that I incorporate into all of my content whether it be social media posts on insta or FB, training videos on youtube and tik tok, blog posts on the app and website, or signs made by an amazing client name Josh Chisolm.
I would like to thank Matt St. Bernard, Dan Bruce and Seth Urbanowski for their advice in setting up the operational side of the business from things like obtaining insurance for the business to setting up payroll and taxes and much much more!
I would also like to thank Paul Bryant and Anya Peterson who have been incredibly amazing with all of your dogs and who have helped me grow this business beyond just myself. Whether it is showing up on the weekends to help out at the Milton Animal Shelter or heading to a house sitting after a long day of walking, I know I can count on Paul to be there and to do so with the utmost love and care for whichever animal he is with. Paul has shown a great amount of passion over the past several months for all the dogs, cats, chickens and turkeys that he has come across and I know he will continue to bring that same energy every day. Anya has been with us for a month now and she has also brought a tremendous amount of value to the team. She brings tons of experience to our team through her time walking dogs through Rover, as well as great content from her college education that included social media management and branding. Thank you both for your efforts, I couldn't do it without you!
