When you reach out to your dog trainer, you want to know someone is there to help. You want quick responses, clear communication, and a kind, compassionate person on the other end. That’s exactly why we have a full support team dedicated to answering your phone calls, text messages, and emails. We currently have 4 incredible team members whose job is to make sure you feel supported, heard, and taken care of every step of the way.
These team members are such an important part of what we do. They help keep communication moving, make sure questions get answered quickly, and ensure that every interaction with our team feels warm, helpful, and respectful. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and being genuinely kind and empathetic people, and our support team truly leads the charge in making that happen. They are the shining light behind so many of the conversations you have with us, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they do!
