January is National Train Your Dog Month. It's a great way to bond with your dog while working on any behavior issues or learning new tricks. Cutter will be repeating a training class we have taken two other times. Now, we are focused on the canine good citizen test. Wish us luck!

Something important to know, especially during these super hot days

Kolby was one of my favorite dogs from the very early DHH days. Sadly, Kolby has transitioned to his new home in the universe. I will never forget his soulful yellowish eyes. I still laugh thinking about him breaking into my backpack to eat my ham and mustard sandwich. I came back to find bright yellow mustard all over his face! He acted so innocent when he was clearly busted. I will never forget rushing him to the ER vet with a torn ear. He and I looked like a bloody crime scene by the time we arrived. The vet asked if he was show dog! I remember when he at corn cobs from the trash and had to have his colon aerated (sp?). Kolby would get SO EXCITED when I picked him up for the dog park. And he would be SO TIRED when I dropped him off. Kolby was a sweet, old chocolate lab touched all that knew him. Thanks for all the good times, Kolbs!

5 little ducklings are the newest additions to a client's animal family. Duckies were hatched Monday, shipped Tuesday and arrived in Denver this morning. They are too cute!
