Almost a week staying with Bobbi and it still wasn’t enough time! She may be a senior girl now, but this past week, she was wild! She had a great time with her food puzzle toys, short walks around the neighborhood and chasing after her ducky…but letting me bring it back each time😅. I never knew Bobbi as a puppy, but this past week gave me a tiny glimpse into her young, exuberant spirit!

This feisty little nugget is Lana💕 The way she zooms around the yard and flies off the couches, you would have no idea she’s 12! I had the pleasure of staying with Lana about 2 1/2 years ago and was so excited to finally see her again🥹 We had a couple night sleepover and she was still the same spunky girl I remember from last time! Now her parents just need to take a longer trip next time😅

My 3 new kitty buddies, Yuki, Simon, and Cooper💕 All three have such different personalities ~ Simon, the tuxedo, is my shadow and looooves to play with his wand toy. He is incredibly fast and heaven forbid if a bird ever got into the house😳. Yuki, the flame point, is a bit more solitary, but such a sweet kitty and will play when the toys are enticing enough. And then there’s Cooper🥰 the little old man of the group. You think he’s sacked out on the sofa, but crinkle a treat bag, and he’s right there waiting. He also loves and demands daily faucet drinks when the dishes are being washed.

Introducing Aspen💕 I’ve had the pleasure of having a couple sleepover trips with this ball of energy and she is such an amazing girl! As I have gotten to know her, I’ve realized she loooooves her tennis balls (Big R brand only and will even pick a favorite even out of those), loves finding the biggest sticks to carry on trail, curses at bicycles and some unruly dogs on our walks, and will eviscerate any stuffie in sight.

Is this not just the sweetest face?! 🥹 Bobbi and I spent a few nights together and every time I stay with her, she shows me a new part of her personality. I love teaching dogs tricks and watching them solve food puzzles, but my absolute favorite toy I bring is the dog treat dispenser! Teaching Bobbi how to touch the button was adorable to watch and then seeing her put it together with the treat dispenser was the highlight 🤎 She learned this toy so fast and I think she had a blast playing with it too!!

After Charlie’s unexpected health diagnosis this summer, our walks are looking a little different now. Earlier this year, we used to go for 2.5mile walks 5 days a week and now it’s just a bit over 1.5miles each day and Charlie sets the pace for the walk. He and Stella love getting out and his mom wants to make sure his quality of life is the best it can be for however long she has left with her boy🥹. So, Charlie, we’ll go as slow as we need to and sniff wherever you want!
