River Master and Dr J Hanover especially wanted to say Happy Fathers Day to their Fathers. The Great Somebeachsomewhere and Vintagemaster. Both earned over 2 million dollars in their racing careers.

Lifetime Earnings: Over $2.16 million in purses.
Career Record: 17 wins, 15 seconds, and 15 thirds in 74 lifetime starts.
Speed Records: He took a lifetime mark of 1:48.1 on a five-eighths-mile track and twice broke world speed records for his division on five-eighths-mile tracks

* World Records: Set multiple world records, including the fastest mile ever by a pacer (1:46.4). ��
* Dominance: Won 20 of 21 lifetime starts, including an undefeated two-year-old season. ��

My first ride with River since being away and we ran into our little friend and his mom. Is it the same too that we ran into on the other side of the Everglades two weeks ago. We hung out for about 20 minutes just grazing together. Not a bad Saturday morning.

It was a perfect morning here in NJ. Thank You Tony Alagna for having me out this morning.

Standardbred Sunday. Just me and my girl River. We took the 2 1/2 hour route around the Everglades this morning. We saw 7 deer. Today was the closes interaction we have had to date. We stopped and grazed with this two for about 10 minutes. Little baby deer finally came right to us and then ran away lol.

This morning Dr J Hanover started his day doing a lesson with Xavier. He has been coming for lessons at Golden Gait for a while now. Today he was assigned to Dr J. I get excited when I get to tell a new person his story. How he is one of Harness racing’s famous athletes. Dr J did not disappoint. After his lesson he said that horse is awesome. I said that’s all class. After only two months Dr J has become a barn favorite and taken every new challenge in stride.

Accepting and knowing my limits as a fancy rider I recruited Brittany again today to give Dr J his lesson lol. He cantered 3 full laps around the ring. He is a quick learner and happy doing it.

Just grateful that I get to help him with his career after racing. More to be revealed.
