When I start my Equine under saddle, I use positive reinforcement to encourage forward movement.
Many sessions of ground work sending my youngster from one target cone to the next.
Over time, the cones are positioned further and further apart, until they are phased out.
Stay tuned for the next video, where all this practice comes together.
