Hi everyone! I wanted to send a quick message to all of my mobile grooming clients. As many of you know, mobile grooming is a little different than a regular salon appointment. Every day can bring unexpected delays — a dog may need extra time, traffic can get heavy, a previous client may need a few extra minutes, or sometimes the grooming bus itself decides to have a moment.
I always do my best to stay on schedule and respect your time, but sometimes delays are simply part of the nature of mobile grooming. Right now, this business is growing quickly, and I’m so grateful for that support. We are still a small team — it’s me and one bather — and we are working hard to keep up while maintaining the quality care your pets deserve.
All I’m asking for is a little grace and understanding as we continue to grow and navigate these new challenges. I truly appreciate every single one of you and your patience means more than you know. Thank you for supporting my small business!
