❤️ We love our feline friends, and want to keep them healthy and happy. Although cats are atypical hosts for heartworms, the consequences of infection can be severe. Heartworm-associated respiratory disease (HARD) can cause coughing, increased respiratory effort, and vomiting that resemble feline asthma.

Additionally, heartworms can cause blood clots, leading to sudden paralysis of one or both hindlimbs. Stay vigilant and protect your cat's health by taking preventative measures!

🐶🐱 Are you overfeeding your pet? It's easy to do when you're using an eyeball measurement or just filling up their bowl.

To ensure your furry friend is getting the right amount of food, calculate their daily caloric needs using a dog or cat calorie calculator.

🍗🍲🍖 Divide that amount into two or three meals and be mindful of the treats you give them. Treats should take up no more than 10% of their daily calorie intake. Want to make sure you're feeding your pet the right amount?
