ALPHA is an annual participatory art gathering for creators of all kinds. ALPHA is a place to experiment and try new things... a place to launch new projects, to collaborate, to improve and refine existing projects, to dive in and create something new and unexpected, to reinvent yourself completely as an creator. Non-exhuastive list of mediums used last year: fire, taxidermy mice, fake botany folk

lore, balloons (tiny to huge enough to walk into!), everclear, wine, hats (against humanity), a free tollbooth pirates and so very many plastic cups! ALPHA is a camping event, but with cabins and a meal plan (if you wish). ALPHA is held on over 200 acres of green forrest and fields near a river. We usually get lucky with the late April weather and spend much of our time outside, day and night (a bit closer to the fire). More info: http://www.figmentproject.org/alpha

This year simply couldn't have come together without all the hard work, talent, experience, heart, experimentation, output, oversight, and risk to life and limb you all give to this community---and so we thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts.
