Spca of Texas has a federal lawsuit that’s been filed against them in district court by Craig Hanna.

Justin Herron here on Facebook had spca seize his chickens, roosters and $50k cash and a trailer saying he was c**k fighting. However, that was not true. The game could community came together and he was ordered to have his chickens brought back and charges dropped.

Jason Taylor the animal cruelty officer admitted last month to deleting evidence on his government phone between him and the lady who filed an animal cruelty case. Those text he deleted was him telling her to turn off the a/c and let all animals out of crate do the ammonia would be high.
