Clones?

Have you ever seen actual clones? Maverick and Scout are very literally clones, scientifically, of their owner's previous dog. The owners were lucky enough to get two of them at once. These two are so sweet and listen so well during our walks.

They're impossible to tell apart except for their collars.

Southlake Pet Care is looking for reliable, compassionate Pet Care Professionals to join our growing team!

As a member of our team, you’ll care for pets and homes within a 15-mile radius of Southlake, Texas. You’ll walk dogs, care for cats and small animals, administer medications when needed, and provide companionship to pets of all types and personalities.

You’ll also handle light home care duties like retrieving mail, watering plants, and taking out the trash — keeping our clients’ homes safe and cared for while they’re away.

We use a simple online system to manage visits, update pet records, and communicate with clients and teammates. It’s important that you’re comfortable using apps, texts, and email to stay connected and share visit updates.

What We’re Looking For:
-Animal care experience — you understand pets’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
-Reliable & responsible — pets and their owners depend on you.
-Local availability — live within 15-20 minutes of our service area.**
-At least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
-Able to walk dogs in all weather conditions — rain or shine!
-Comfortable handling and medicating dogs, cats, and other small pets.
-Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Messages like these make the 365/24/7 hours worth it. We love hearing how much our care has improved not only your pet's quality of life, but your own! When you have a senior or medically complex pet, we are the people to call. I want to help decrease your anxiety about leaving your sweet babies and give you the freedom you haven't felt comfortable enough to take.

This family was worried about having too many instructions, too many medications, and too many problems. They tried to make it easier on me so that I would take the job... While we appreciate the thought, our goal is to keep our visits as close to your pet's routine as possible.

So give us the detailed instructions, in fact, it's usually when we don't have enough details that it becomes a problem. We are here to guide you through your new client onboarding and future visits.

This job is never predictable, but here is a look into just one day!

If you want a small team that cares about your babies as much as you do, then contact us for your next pet care need!
Walks, rolls, taxi's, drop-ins...etc. We do it all, and we make it fun. (not captured are our kitty clients too!)
