Welcome to rehab, Kole 🐾💙

Kole is joining us at Pawsitive Impact Rehabilitation to help address weakness in his pelvic limbs and improve his coordination and overall mobility. Our goal is to help him build strength, confidence, and stability so he can move through life more comfortably and safely.

He has already been such a sweet boy — and he also has the absolute perfect hound howl 🥹🎶 We’re so excited to be part of his journey and cheer him on every step of the way ✨

A huge congratulations to Olive and Cricket on graduating from rehabilitation with Pawsitive Impact Rehabilitation 🎓🐾💙

These two sweet siblings both came to us following spinal surgery for IVDD, and it has been so special watching them each work through their recovery journeys together. From rebuilding strength and coordination to gaining confidence in their mobility again, they have both worked so hard every step of the way.

We are beyond proud of these two and so grateful we got to be part of their recovery. Congratulations, Olive and Cricket — we’ll miss seeing your sweet faces every week! ✨

Otis is officially starting his rehab journey with us following his TPLO surgery 🐾💙

A TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) is a surgery commonly used to treat a torn ACL/CCL in dogs — basically the ligament in the knee that helps keep it stable. During the procedure, the bone is cut and adjusted to help the knee function more comfortably without relying on the damaged ligament. It’s a big surgery, but one that can make a huge difference in helping dogs get back to walking, running, and playing comfortably again.

And if there’s one thing about Otis… he is quite possibly the happiest boy on earth 😭 Every single session comes with nonstop tail wags, smiles, and the sweetest personality. We are so excited to help this happy guy get stronger and continue healing! ✨

Henry is officially joining our Top Dog Program! 🐾💪

We originally started seeing him for hip OA, and he’s made such great progress that now we get to focus on keeping him strong, comfortable, and moving well long term. Our Top Dog Program is all about helping dogs like Henry stay active and feel their best through ongoing rehab and maintenance care.

We’re so excited to keep cheering this sweet guy on! ❤️

Goose graduated!! 🎓🐾

After undergoing neck surgery, Goose came to us ready to work—and he did just that. Through consistency, patience, and a whole lot of determination, he made incredible progress every step of the way.

From those early days of careful movement to building strength, confidence, and control again… Goose showed us what resilience really looks like. 💪

We are so proud of how far he’s come and so grateful to his family for staying committed to his recovery journey. It truly makes all the difference.

❄️ Dallas friends — winter weather is on the way! ❄️
With severe cold expected, a few simple steps can help keep your dog safe and comfortable:

🐾 Limit time outdoors and watch for shivering or lifting paws
🐾 Wipe paws after walks to remove ice, salt, or chemicals
🐾 Keep dogs warm and dry — sweaters can help, even for bigger pups
🐾 Make sure senior dogs and those with arthritis or neurologic conditions stay extra cozy

A little preparation goes a long way in keeping our pups safe during the cold. Stay warm out there! 💙🐶
