"The Queen is dead, long live the Queen!"

This is the hardest post I have ever had to make. On Monday, August 3rd, our Aggie - Black Agnes of Morphew Castle crossed over to reunite with Dobby, Izzy, Jamison, Tully, Declan, Murphy, and Piper.
She gave us the most awesome 9 years and almost 8 months. Never long enough but we are blessed with the time we had. Thank you to the Hudsons for loving her (and us) as their own. Thank you C-1 Veterinary Services and the awesome care and compassion they showed in seeing her over the bridge. We love you sweet girl and look forward to holding you again when we get to heaven.

The Keep had some very special visitors today! Emerson, with his people Jessica and Courtney, visited us on their journey back to C-Stat. This is the 2nd pup from the to visit us over the past few weeks. Such a blessing to see how well these pups are doing and living their best lives! Thank you for the visit guys! Come back any time!!!

Whelping box dismantled and stored, puppy room cleaned, toys stored, towels and blankets stored, puppy yard cleaned and sprayed ... all is quiet. No one talks about what happens when all the puppies are gone. All of the planning, birthing, cleaning, watching them grow, eating, pooping, walking, barking, wrestling .... then quiet. Thank you puppy families for giving our babies, now your babies, the perfect homes. Please stay in touch and send pics and stories. We are with you now until the end. We are family.

The 13th pup (and final) during the 13th week of the left the Keep this morning. Chuck-E (Grey Collar) forever known as Atticus left for his furever home with the Smith family. Happy tails little fella!

13 babies from the were born 13 weeks ago on March 13, 2026 ... Friday the 13th! This was an outstanding litter by Jewels and Dougie. We are so blessed to have been able to watch these little guys and gals grow up and go to their furever homes. Please post a Pic of your baby and let the Morphew Castle family know how they are doing!

This little girl, Penny (Wise enough not to hang out with clowns)(Orange Collar) forever now known as Martha May has made her way to her furever family (The Cresslers) all the way up in PA! Thank you again Just-Fur-U Transport for getting her there safe and sound. Happy tails little girl!
