CONGRATULATIONS to Mr. Cooper Steen! Son of Tamara Lynn Steen & Chance James Steen at Steen Poultry. Cooper submitted and participated in our exhibition waterfowl giveaway for juniors! He was hand selected from our top judges as the best candidate to receive 2 pairs of our premier waterfowl.

Cooper will also be receiving memberships thru the APA and NAWA! Congratulations again! I look forward to getting you your birds next weekend in New Ulm at the IWBA All Waterfowl show! Thanks to all the youth who submitted and my judges for making this tough decision.

Entries are closed, I did accept a few late ones. We’re finishing up moving and I’ll start getting my judges involved and start going thru your videos. We are overwhelmed by the support for this opportunity to give back and wish each and everyone of you the best of luck to winning these birds! May the best contestant win.

It’s time!!! Please welcome the 2019 Double L Farms owned by Nick & Cassie Tull exhibition Waterfowl giveaway!!

Here’s our criteria.
•You must be older than 5 years of age and 18 or younger.
•You must already show or want to start showing.
•You must submit a video of how you will take care of our birds we give you. Showing where they live, what they’ll eat, etc is a huge perk.
•You must take care of them daily yourself, mom and dad can help but these will be your responsibility.
•You must breed and raise offspring out of each pair, we want to see your progress and you’ll be helping preserve these breeds for future generations.

Our judges panel we are so greatful for consist of long time breeders, APA staff, APA licensed judges, and high ranking people in the exhibition world. We can’t thank you enough for your time and generosity to help select this junior.

Videos can be submitted here on our farm page. Be creative and remember this is a competition for 2 pairs of our best young birds from our Rouens, Penciled Runners, Muscovys, and Sebastopol pens. You may pick whichever breed you chose to do so but only one pair from either breed.

As an added bonus, I will be paying for your membership dues to the American Poultry Association & North American Waterfowl Association too!

Deadline is 9pm September 26th! That’s one week!
