Zach and I are leaving for our honeymoon cruise today, so I will be out of pocket until Monday October 5th! I will get back to everyone that afternoon when I finish grooming that day. Thank you!

‼️POLICY CHANGE ‼️
To ensure I can continue providing the one-on-one grooming experience that Becky’s House is built around, I need to make an update to my pick-up policy.

Effective immediately, a $20 late pick-up fee will be charged if your dog is picked up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After the initial 15-minute grace period, an additional $1 per minute will be added.

When booking, I take the time to explain my procedures and the reasons behind them. As a home-based, one-on-one grooming salon, timely pick-up is essential for my zoning requirements, insurance, scheduling, and, most importantly, the safety and comfort of every dog in my care.

I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I’m always happy to work with clients who communicate with me as soon as possible. This policy is being put in place because late pick-ups have become a recurring issue, and I need to ensure I can continue providing the level of care and service my clients expect.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for respecting my time and my business.

Becky 🤍

Attention clients!!

Starting today I will no longer be accepting Cash App/ Venmo, but will be able to accept electronic payments through square, and card payments for anyone who would prefer that.

‼️Anyone who pays with a card/ electronic payment will have a 3-4% up charge to cover the cost of processing.‼️

I still accept cash and check (honestly, I prefer it), and there’s obviously no extra fee when paying that way.

For those of you I see regularly and I know who pays what, when I send out reminders I will remind you about that as well!

Thank yall!!

Hey ya’ll! 💕🐾

I wanted to come on here and once again thank you guys for the continued support! I’m in a place now I only once dreamed of being in, and it would not have been possible without each of my amazing clients and friends.

As most of you know, Zach and I are getting married this May and your continued patience with my wedding brain hasn’t been taken for granted 💕 Please bear with me over the next few weeks as I bring all of this together, and If you think I’ve missed something, please remind me! 😅😂

A bunch of ya’ll were asking about our website and registry, so I wanted to post this here as well!
