Okay, real talk. One of the most fun things this year has been making mini vase arrangements. I’ve done a couple orders for events so far this year and I have loved how they turned out. The cutest little decoration for a special celebration. I also try to have some smaller options like these at the flower stand to have as a fun little add-on. Perfect for the kitchen sink window, the bathroom counter or an office desk 🌼

For real though. 🤣

I’m soooooo grateful for you all and how you have supported the farm this year!!! But this momma tired. I’m really looking forward to taking some time off harvesting and flower stand to hang with my kids and sleep in on Saturdays 😉 And I’ve said it before that I think I’ve hit my max growing space for what I can keep up with for cut flowers for this time in life.
BUT ALSO…..really looking forward to adding some new smaller landscape/perennial beds this year 😆 oh, and adding fruit trees.

2-3 more weeks of flower stand and then will be back end of August with MORE FLOWERS!!!!

I love how much you guys loved my post (last week?) of the “top shots” of bouquets from the flower stand!
So let’s do it again!!
This last flower stand was heavy on zinnias and bright colors and the black-eye-Susan’s were on point and the gomphrena just gave everything that pop of color and texture and the marigolds oh my and now I’m out of breath. Summed up…beautiful!
Don’t forget to change the water every day or so and also give those stems a little trim to keep your flowers nicer longer 😊

A special behind-the-scenes mini farm tour in my laundry roo-I mean my seed starting station 😉

This is where the magic starts! There’s herbs and veggies for personal use, but also there’s a loooot of cut flowers in here too! Really hoping this is a tremendously colorful August-October for us at Henbit Acre!!!
