Happy Birthday, Susi!

Today we're celebrating the woman who started it all.

Years ago, Susi had the dream to create a place where pets would be cared for like family. Through hard work, determination, and a whole lot of love, she built Rin Tin Inn from the ground up. What started as a dream has grown into a place that has touched the lives of countless pets and the people who love them.

If you've ever met Susi, you know she's one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She has a heart for animals that shines through in everything she does, and she has a way of making everyone feel welcome. Her kindness has shaped not only Rin Tin Inn, but the team that has been lucky enough to learn from her.

As Susi gets ready to retire, we're reminded that her greatest accomplishment isn't just the business she built. It's the love, compassion, and genuine care that have always been at the heart of this place. Every wagging tail, every happy reunion, and every pet that's felt safe and loved here is part of the legacy she's leaving behind.

From all of us at Rin Tin Inn, thank you for believing in your dream, working hard for it, and for sharing it with all of us. Thank you for the example you've set, the lives you've touched, and the love you've given so freely to every pet and every person who has walked through our doors.
