Thank you so much to these beautiful young ladies for their generous cat food donations! ❤️

This donation was made in honor of their beloved cat they recently lost. While losing a furry family member is never easy, it’s so heartwarming to see something so positive come from such a difficult loss.

To make the day even more special, they also adopted two kittens while they were here! 🐾 Wishing these sweet girls and their new babies many happy memories together.

Thank you to a very kind and generous person, Brown Dog now has a sponosored adoption fee! Brown Dog has been at the shelter since April 13th, making him the longest residing dog. He is neutered, up to date on his rabies vaccine, and is ready to go! If you are interested in meeting him, please come by the shelter- they are open today until 4:30pm and Saturday 10am-1pm.

These pups had an absolute blast posing for the camera, soaking up the attention, and showing off their best smiles. The photos turned out AMAZING and captured their personalities perfectly — from goofy grins to supermodel poses! ✨

The first NCAS Kitten Shower was such a success! Thank you to everyone that came out to sign up for the kitten foster program and to listen to our speakers. Thank you to Dawn Smith with Not my Cat , Casey with Newton County Paws & Purpose Inc., and Andrea with Pound Puppies 'N Kittens, for coming up to the shelter to give out valuable information and to show everyone how to take care of the babies. We received so many donations that were much needed and we couldn't do this without all of YOU!

Our friends at Planned PEThood of GA have reached out and shared a wonderful opportunity! Do you need to get your dog or cat fixed? Look into making an appointment with Planned Pethood. You would have to scan the QR code to set an appointment. Their FIDO fixers van is brand new! Please note that your pet has to be 30 pounds or less- so a great deal for puppies!
They are not offering spay/neuter for community cats at this clinic event and your pet must have an updated rabies vaccine.
