There’s a big difference between a dog simply following commands and a dog that’s truly connected to their handler.
That engagement, focus, and willingness to work together is what creates reliable, lasting progress.

Whether your goals are better obedience, improved behavior at home, or simply enjoying life with your dog more, investing in training early makes all the difference.

What happens here at Lacross K9 training? First and foremost you and your dog learn how to communicate.

We take a balanced approach here at Lacross K9 utilizing all 4 quadrants of operant conditioning. Positive and Negative reinforcement, as well as Positive and Negative punishment.

Tools we use: Slip leash, Flat leash or Fur saver collar, Prong Collar, and E-Collar. Most of these are tools that we do not recommend you just purchase on your own. They are not fix-alls. However paired with a rock solid foundation they will allow 99% of dog owners to enjoy full freedom in a safe manner for both themselves and the public.

Follow along for progress videos and witness how training can change lives for both dogs and their handlers. 🙏❤️
