Full disclosure and honesty from me all the time.
Last Friday I received a phone call from someone named Ashley Harper she asked me if I was selling her dad a pup. I said yes. She then proceeded to tell me a bunch of lies about him, that he was an animal abuser and that the dogs would end up in the pound to try to stop the sale. She had zero proof of her accusations. She threatened and harassed me to the point of having to block her number. She was incredibly rude made threats to report me to animal control and to AKC if I didn't do what she said and not sell the dogs to him. She also said she and all of her friends and family would post bad reviews about me and ruin my reputation. She had zero proof of the accusations she was making about her dad. I reached out to her dad via phone, my client who is a very nice man. I told him what was going on and sent him the text messages with her threats and harrasment. I also questioned him extensively about the accusations she was making toward him which he assured me were all 100% not true. He apologized for her behavior said he had not seen her in 15 years and that she tries to control his life, that she is an alcoholic going through a divorce and a mean nasty person that verbally attacks people for no reason. He said that because she did not want him to get these dogs she tried to stop the sale to control him. I reported her for threats and harrassment as well as defamation of character and slander to Google where the review was posted. Google has removed it. Her dad Lou posted an honest review about his experience working with me 5 stars. I am in good standing with AKC as well as Animal control, I am a licensed kennel. I go through yearly inspections. So if you think threatening to turn me in based on lies will work, think again!!!!! Picture posted is of her review on google. I want to make everyone aware of who she is and what she has done.
My response to all of this do not include me in your family drama and conflict. Do not post reviews about me that are not true that you have zero proof to back up. Do not threaten me, harrass me or be rude to me. I am always nice and respectful to all of my clients but with that said I am a business owner and I 100% have the right to refuse service to anyone I do not feel is the right home for one of my pups or that is rude or disrespectful to me. If we do not have good communication you are not getting one of my pups, I stay in contact with my clients for updates and am always here to support them for the entire life of the dog to answer any questions they have about food, health and training so a good line of communicationis is required. I cannot do that if we do not have good communication. My dogs and pups come first above all else in my life. I am 5 star rated with many reviews. I am not afraid to defend the reputation I have worked extremely hard to build.
