You know you are coating out a lot of pigs when... you have to cut up more cards for wrap stiffeners. Like a lot more cards... 🤣💳✂️

I've been so busy getting entries ready for Convention I missed posting results from last weekend! I was super honored to have W**e Country Black is Back (BB) win Best in Show at the Stevenson, WA Wanderlust show last weekend. Its always an honor for the non-broken long hairs to be considered let alone win something!

It's a great way to end an era. I have found myself with so much going on, I decided it was time to let go of the roan/self/agouti silkie program. Sad, but it's also a relief to see them go to their new homes to help out other breeders! ❤️

Looking for new carrots! Coronet Dilute Agouti, Orange and White Sow. Does not have enough orange to show, but would make a wonderful brood or pet sow.

Strawberry Patch Twisty x W**e Country Applegate. Both parents are dilute Coronets.

Update: he's found his new carrot feeder. :)

This is one I was keeping to show at Convention and the let him find a new person there. He decided he did not like one of his side wraps and chewed it out. So, I grabbed some pics before I cut him down yesterday.

For your consideration, W**e Country Last Louis. LL is from the last litter I got from W**e County Louis Vuitton, one of my best producing boars. I have several siblings/half siblings so I don't really need this guy in my program. He has an excellent Coronet and great coat. His biggest fault is he's a little long in his body.

Update from Crecent City, California show. The weather was awesome and it was nice being at the coast and in Redwood territory. HUGE trees.🌲 W**e Country IDK received a double Reserve in Show. ❤️ Congrats to Valerie on her double BIS with her beautiful Peruvian. Thanks CRCS for including cavies!

Next show is the Wanderlust Stevenson, Washington show first weekend in October. Then... ARBA Convention!!!
