Sweet Ellie is one of the brave survivors from Ridglan Farms in Wisconsin.
For years, she lived behind bars as a breeding mom, bringing litter after litter into the world without ever knowing the simple joys of a real home , soft beds, belly rubs, or the wagging tail of a best friend by her side.
But today? Ellie is safe. She’s free. And she has come so incredibly far.

This gentle girl is pure sweetness wrapped in beagle charm. Despite everything she’s endured, Ellie’s heart remains wide open. She lights up around other dogs and thrives in their company , she’d be happiest in a home with a dog-friendly sibling who can show her how to play, explore, and just be a dog. Walks in the grass, cozy snuggles on the couch, and learning that humans can be kind… these are the moments that make her tail wag with joy.
Ellie still has some learning to do. She needs a patient, loving family ready to help her build confidence, work on her manners, and discover the big wide world. But her progress already shows what an incredible, resilient soul she is. She gives love so freely , the kind that makes you wonder how any dog could stay so sweet after what she’s been through.

Adoption requirements: Must go to a home with another dog-friendly dog. Experienced dog owners preferred that can socialize her more.
Adoption fee : $400
Vetting: Spayed, fully vaccinated, Microchipped, And has just gotten a dental cleaning, and fantastic bloodwork results.
Age: 6 years old
