Several have asked about ear care for the hounds

We use baby wipes to get a majority of the ears clean then q tips to get in all the small crevices followed with a liquid ear cleaner. Those ears hold moisture resulting in more yeast and ear infections. We start this at around 6 weeks old and they don’t mind it. Keep it up every 2-3 weeks, or as needed. Some of ours don’t need it that often, some need it on the dot. Some are visually clean but still get this as a preventative/cleaning. Hound dogs ears like to hold everything so keeping up with ear care is important.
