October 24 is National Bologna Day!
Some people dream about fancy sandwiches piled high with gourmet meats, artisan cheeses, and all kinds of toppings. Me? Give me a good old-fashioned **fried bologna sandwich with mayo on soft white bread**, and I'm one happy camper!
There's just something about that bologna sizzling in a frying pan, the edges curling up, and that first delicious bite that takes me right back to the simple pleasures in life. No fancy ingredients needed!
Bologna has been a lunchbox staple for generations, and whether you grew up eating it cold with mustard, fried in a skillet, or stacked with cheese, chances are it brings back a memory or two.
Now, the Coop Cuties have absolutely no opinion about bologna sandwiches. But if they hear something sizzling in the kitchen, you can bet eight curious little faces will be wondering whether there's something in it for them!
Let's settle a great sandwich debate!
Are you Team Fried Bologna, Team Cold Bologna, or Team No Bologna?
And here's the really important question: Mayo, mustard, or both?
I can't wait to hear how you like yours!
