Cats are crepuscular, which means they’re naturally most active around dawn and dusk!

These are the times their instincts tell them to be up, alert, and ready for action. So those early morning zoomies (or evening chaos right when you’re trying to relax 😅) actually make a whole lot of sense.

Pet Pointer: A little playtime during these naturally active periods can be a great way to let them burn off some of that energy!

September Pet of the Month: Lily!

Some dogs are ready for an adventure no matter the weather... Lily is not one of them😂

If it's cold or rainy outside, she'll usually hide when we arrive because she already knows what's coming. But give her a beautiful day, and she's in her element! Lily is a world-class sniffer, stopping to investigate every interesting scent along the way. We may not cover much distance, but every walk is an adventure at Lily's pace.

🐶 Favorite activity: Snuggling on the couch
🦴 Favorite treat: Anything from Bocce's Barkery!
🌼 Favorite quirk: Fair-weather walker, professional sniffing enthusiast.

We promise, you're not 💙

The detailed care notes, the favorite toy, the bedtime routine, the nicknames, the extra treats (and yes, asking for lots of photos!) all help us get to know your pet and care for them in a way that feels familiar.

Those little details matter because every pet is different, and every family has their own routine.

So don't ever hesitate to tell us the little things. We love getting to know what makes your pet uniquely them.

After all, loving your pet a little extra is kind of our thing, too 🐾
