If you have interest in a puppy please send me a message. How my process works. I will need your name physical address where the puppy will reside. If you rent I need verification that you are permitted to have a dog. I will need your vets name and number and permission to speak to them. I would also like to know if there is any other pets in the home. My puppies are sold as PET ONLY. They are sold with NO PAPERS. They must be spayed or neutered at 6 months old. This is because they are dapple bloodline. I don't want to be responsible for any future double dapple litters. My fur babies are my life. I do this for the love of the bred and doing this gives me the opportunity to meet other Dachshund people that I have remained friends with. We all know that Dachshunds are a very special breed. We don't own Dachshunds, we are owned by them. My puppies are vetted several times before they go to their forever home starting at 5 days old to have dew claws removed. They are wormed at 2,4,6,8 weeks old they also will receive at least their first shot and possibly the second shot depending on when they leave. They may NOT leave until they are 8 weeks old this is the law in Ohio. If I feel they are not ready to leave at 8 weeks then they will leave at 10 weeks. Once you take home your puppy you have 7 days to have the puppy vetted by a vet of your choice and at your expense. If your puppy is found to have a genetic defect please contact me immediately so the puppy can be returned to me for a full refund. I will require documentation from your vet regarding the issue. If your situation changes and you can no longer keep your puppy it is to be returned to me no refund will be provided. I do not want any of my puppies to end up in the pound or used as bait dogs. Please know that just because you may be interested in one of my puppies that DOES NOT mean that you will be approved. I reserve the right to decline an application. I do not allow any visitation with the puppies prior to them receiving their first shots. This is to ensure their safety from any possible diseases that could be brought in. Their health is the most important thing to me. I know some may think my rules are strict or over the top. I can understand that you may feel that way. I spend a lot of time and money in my fur babies they are very important to me. I have been a successful breeder for 13 years. I am very serious about breeding healthy and happy puppies. My females are not over bred. My previous Mothers just completed a two year lay off. I also needed to wait until two of my females were of breeding age. They have both been vetted and approved to be put into the breeding program. As far as purchase price. I will only discuss this in a private message or on the phone. I do not take deposits for my puppies. I am a little old school on this. I still work on my word. I do run a list of people that are interested. I keep you in order of your interest. I do currently have a list running so if you are interested please let me know when you decide so I may save your spot. I would like to Thank You in advance for your interest in my puppies.
