We had a great eventful morning.
A brand-new team , Dave and his dog Owen, did their very first visit today, to make it even harder, at one of our local Elementary school. As you can see from the pictures below, it went amazing. Owen is just an awesome, lovable dog that melted in the childrens arms, got showered with kisses and hugs. To top it off, there was a fire drill while we were there and Owen did not worry about the loud noise, but enjoyed the hundreds of children that wanted to pet him as we participated in the drill.
Good job Owen, welcome to Pet Partners of Columbus, GA

This 3-year-old Brittany Spaniel is smart, energetic, and friendly to everyone he meets. He’s always up for an adventure, but just as happy to wind down with some snuggles at the end of the day.

It is with a heavy heart to announce that one of our great Therapy dogs, Dezil Knudson, has passed away.
For many years he brought joy and comfort to patients at St. Francis and Piedmont patients, helped children read at libraries and schools, comforted residents at local nursing homes, and so much more. He was greatly missed when he retired last year.
Gabby, Ben, and so many of our other Therapy dogs are welcoming you at the Rainbow bridge.

You will be missed 😥🙏

Update: I had a great meeting today and it looks like it may actually happen this time. Keep your fingers crossed.
What a nice present it would be for my 20 years anniversary with Pet Partners I will celebrate in March of 2026
