We are incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted us with their pets and every veterinary team who has trusted us to help care for their patients.

Reviews like this mean so much to our team! They help us know we're making a difference and help other pet parents know what to expect when they need care.

One of the best ways you can support a locally owned business is by leaving us a review. If you've had a good experience with us, we'd be so grateful if you'd take a minute to share it! 🐾

🩺 Now Offering Canine Parvovirus Monoclonal Antibody Treatment 🩺

Parvovirus is one of the most serious and life-threatening diseases we see in puppies—but treatment options continue to improve.

UrgentPet Columbia is excited to now offer parvovirus monoclonal antibodies as part of our treatment protocol for eligible patients. This targeted therapy is designed to help neutralize the virus and may improve outcomes when given early in the course of disease.

While it’s not a cure, it’s another valuable tool that can be used alongside supportive care to help give puppies the best possible chance at recovery.

🐶 If your puppy is experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, or has been exposed to parvo, don’t wait. Early treatment is critical.

Tiny paws. Big moment. ❤️🐶

This sweet mama came to us needing an emergency C-section, and both mom and her puppies are doing well!

At UrgentPet Columbia, we’re here for more than just cuts and upset stomachs. We also provide emergency soft tissue surgeries—including C-sections, foreign body removals, pyometra surgeries, and more—when your pet can’t wait.

Thank you to this family for trusting us with such a special moment and for allowing us to share it with you! 🐾💕

🎉 Our first week is officially complete!

Over the past week, we were honored to care for 67 pets and their families.

We're also incredibly proud of our team. Starting a brand-new hospital comes with a lot of unknowns, and this group handled it with professionalism, compassion, flexibility, and a whole lot of heart. From learning new systems to navigating a busy first week, they rose to every challenge and never lost sight of what matters most—providing exceptional care for every patient who walked through our doors.

To our clients, our referring veterinary clinics, and everyone who has supported us this past week—thank you. Your encouragement has meant the world to us.

Here's to an amazing first week and many more pets we'll have the privilege of caring for. ❤️
