🐾 HELP US HELP EMMA SEE THE WORLD AGAIN 🐾

At Leashed & Local, we believe every dog deserves a chance to thrive, not just survive.

Emma was rescued from severe neglect. She was blind, emaciated, matted, and suffering from infection. Over the last year, her owner has poured her heart into helping Emma heal. Today, Emma is healthy, trusting, playful, and full of life but she still can’t see the world around her.

After specialty exams and testing, veterinarians determined that Emma is an excellent candidate for cataract surgery that could restore her vision. Emma has already overcome so much, and now she has the opportunity to experience something many of us take for granted: seeing the faces of the people who love her, playing confidently with other dogs, and exploring the world without fear.

❤️ Throughout the month of June, 100% of profits from Leashed & Local merchandise sales will be donated directly toward Emma’s surgery fund.

Leashed & Local Colorado Springs is not a business, it’s truly a passion project.

What started as a love for event planning and supporting our community has grown into something really special. We bring together dog-friendly vendors, help organize local events, and create spaces where people, pups, and small businesses can connect.

We also use these events to raise money for local rescues, because supporting animals in our community will always be close to our hearts.

Our very first event welcomed 27 incredible vendors and an amazing turnout of dog lovers, it honestly felt like a farmers market made just for dogs and the people who adore them.

If you love supporting local, meeting great vendors, and spending time with your four-legged best friend… you’ll fit right in with us.

We attended the Leashed & Local Colorado Springs event today! And we had a great time!! So many people loved and took pictures of Zephyr!! And the love and support Jaedyn received for her work on him was amazing!!! We met some great people that own some great companies around town!!
