I absolutely LOVE grooming this breed, the coats, the structure, the endless possibilities. And it’s even better when they have amazing owners who keep them on consistent schedules and put so much love into their care.

These pups absolutely blew me away today! Shout-out to High Desert Dog Training LLC I can absolutely tell you put your heart into what you do! 🐾

I had the opportunity to groom puppies that are being raised and trained by a professional dog trainer, and the difference was incredible. For their age, they were calm, confident, and handled the grooming process beautifully.

Most puppies need a few introductory grooming appointments to help them learn the routine, but these little ones came in prepared and passed with flying colors. It was a wonderful reminder of how much early training and positive experiences can set dogs up for success, not just in grooming, but in life.

Sometimes the right opportunity changes everything! Since coming to Zuzu's Pet Spa I've had the privilege of working with incredible clients and dogs on consistent grooming schedules. That consistency has allowed me to refine my skills, deepen my appreciation for breed standard grooming, and grow into the groomer I've always wanted to become.
I'm so thankful to Chelsea for creating an environment where I can continue learning while still expressing my own grooming style. Her mentorship, encouragement, and willingness to share her knowledge have challenged me to become a better groomer every day.
Looking back, this was exactly the change I needed. I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue growing! The dogs are happier and so am I ❤️

Meet Maisy! She was a little nervous coming in but warmed up so fast! Being in such a calm salon like Zuzu's Pet Spa really helps. She gets an A+ for grooming today!
