Today, my heart is so very heavy since learning of the passing of one of my cherished clients.

My work is a privilege and an honor. Being welcomed into people's homes and entrusted with the care of their fur babies is a truly a gift. Over time, most of my clients become friends, and some even become family.

This particular client, turned family, was a woman who spent her life loving deeply and living fully - from her family and friends, to the unhoused people she would loving prepare and distribute meals for, to the animals she took in - her kindness, compassion, grit, and giving spirit touched so many lives.

I am deeply grateful for the trust she placed in me and for the opportunity to have been a small part of her life.

My heart is also with her Husband and everyone who is grieving this loss including Minnie and Daisy, her beloved pups.

Rest peacefully, my friend. Thank you for your friendship, your trust, and the love you so freely gave. I miss you deeply. 💔
