Wow, these collies just keep putting smiles on my face this week! Here’s another Happy Tail Acres Puppy:
And now a dedicated birthday post for this girl. She came into our lives in November when things were pretty dark. She gave us hope that maybe we could get through. She’s goofy, she’s insanely smart, she’s sweet, gentle, patient, and the best cuddler there ever was. She’s a breath of fresh air. We had planned on training her to be Brayden’s service dog, but she had other plans. The things I had planned on teaching her, she already knows. She naturally alerts and responds to seizures, she naturally tries to assist with mobility (we don’t encourage that yet for her safety), and she’s even responded to a panic attack. We’re still working on obedience training, but even that is so easy with her. She has lived up to her name in so many ways. We’ll never be able to express our gratitude enough for what she’s given us. Piece of mind that she’s with Brayden. On top of everything she does, most importantly to him she’s his best friend and his comfort. Happy Birthday gorgeous girl! We love you more than you’ll ever know.
