We want to take a moment to clear up some rumors that have been circulating about us and several other grooming shops in our area regarding insurance coverage.
Trent’s Pet Grooming has always carried full professional liability and business insurance, and we take those responsibilities very seriously. Our clients trust us with their pets, and part of that trust is knowing we are properly insured, trained, and operating with the highest standards of care and safety.
To help educate our community, we’re sharing our current insurance card in this post so everyone can see what proper coverage looks like. If you’re a fellow groomer or pet professional who maintains high standards and carries active insurance, we invite you to post your insurance card in the comments as well. Let’s show our community how responsible businesses operate and why pets should only be entrusted to fully insured professionals.

We just want to take a moment to say thank you.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had some unexpected illness in the shop along with a few scheduling hiccups that come with being as busy as we are. Through it all, your patience, kindness, and understanding have meant more to us than we can fully put into words.
It is truly an honor that so many of you trust us with your pets. Every call, every message, every appointment… we do not take that lightly. This little business of ours runs on your support, and we feel it every single day.
Right now, we are at a temporary hold on accepting new clients. As much as we would love to say yes to everyone, maintaining the quality, care, and standards you expect from us will always come first. We want every pet that walks through our doors to get the time and attention they deserve.
We do plan to reopen our books to new clients after the summer, and we will keep everyone updated as that time gets closer.
