Happy (Belated) New Year from Fairy Dog Mother Grooming!
As we head into 2026, we just want to say how grateful we are for each and every one of our wonderful clients and their amazing pets. We truly could not do what we do without you, and we are so excited for another year of fluffy makeovers, wagging tails, and well loved pups.
With the new year comes a couple of small but important updates. These changes will apply to appointments scheduled on or after February 1, 2026. January appointments are not affected.
First, due to a change in our insurance policy for 2026, all clients will be asked to complete and agree to an updated waiver of liability. This will be sent out electronically through our booking system and only takes a moment to review and accept.
Second, beginning in February, we will be officially implementing a cancellation policy. As a small business with a limited number of daily appointments, late cancellations and same day changes make it very difficult for us to rebook that time. This policy helps us protect our schedule and continue providing reliable, high quality care for your pets. Full details will be available in our booking system and appointment confirmations.
As part of this update, we will also be requiring a card on file for all clients starting in February. Cards are stored securely through our booking system and will only be charged for cancellation or no show fees in accordance with our policy.
All of these updates will be handled directly through our booking system, keeping everything simple, secure, and transparent.
