Huckleberry and I just got home from the vet. He checked out great with the physical exam now were just waiting on all his bloodwork and what not to come back.

I also wanted to let everyone know of the untimely passing of sweet baby Duchess. It was sudden and we think it may have either been some kind of poisoning or a heatstroke. I've been through every bush and branch in our new backyard and seeing as the adults have not been affected at all by either condition we're leaning toward complications from heat stroke. I did everything I could to save her. We had fresh cold water out there and I only let them out in the late evening when it was cooler. She seemed totally fine when we came in for the night and loaded into our kennels for bed. I guess when it rains it monsoons lately. Rest well sweet baby. Your wings came far far too soon and my heart will never be the same.

It is with great sadness I annouce the birth and passing of Chorizo's singleton boy today. He knew only love and warmth for his short few hours.

As many of you know I only recently got into raising Corgis again after some life changes that forced me to step away. With the catastrophic losses these last three litters have had I'm seriously considering if this is my sign to give it up.
I'll be running a few tests with my vet on the girls and Huckleberry to see if anyone is having fertility issues we didn't initially catch in our screenings to explain all this loss before making a final decision on the future of Creme De La Creme Corgis.
Thank you all for your kind words, loving support, and as always my puppy parents for giving my loaves the best life they could possibly have. ♡♡

One week! I'm so excited to meet Chorizo's little ones! Duchess and Fancy are going to be big sisters. 🥰🥰🥰
My guess is going to be 2 girls and 1 boy. Or an even split 2 girls 2 boys if we have 4 instead of three.
What are you all thinking she'll have?

Color combos will be the same as last time. Reds, sable, black headed tri, red headed tri, and all of those in "Bluie" dilute.

** Update!**
Fb won't let me make a new post for whatever reason 🙄

We saw 3 possibly 4 babies on Ultrasound! ♡♡ As always I'll be monitoring momma everyday until we have little sweet potatoes safely here. 🥰🥰

We go in today for Chorizo's ultrasound ♡♡
I'm still heartbroken over Stella's babies and I can only hope Chorizo's potential litter goes better this time than it did last time. Wish us luck ♡

It is with a very heavy heart I announce the birth of two beautiful baby girl angels this morning at 6:45am. It was determined by my vet that at some point between 35 days gestation (when we do ultrasounds) and 63 days (due date) momma Stella absorbed most of her litter. Please send her all your love as we will now have to turn to her recovery more heavily than a normal birth due to risk of infection being much higher then a normal birth. No little potatoes for us just yet though Ms. Chorizo is duenfor her ultrasound on Friday. ♡ For now Im going to hold my girls a little closer today and Stella and I are going to get some much needed sleep.
