The founders of Viva Los Gatos have all volunteered with other rescues as foster parents, helping hundreds of cats and kittens find homes.

Viva Los Gatos Cat Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that rescues, nurtures, and finds forever homes for neglected, abandoned, and stray cats and kittens in Northeast Ohio. This is Belle. She escaped from her home on Reidham Road in Shaker Heights and has been missing for a week and a half. Her owners are desperate to find her.

Meet the mom of our two Blues 🎶 cats, Ma Rainey! 🐾 She is looking for her furever home!

Ma has a come a long way socially since being in a foster home through Viva Los Gatos. She’s very protective of her babies, Jimmy Reed and Billie Holiday, but is great with other cats. Ma is ask very loyal to “her humans,” is good with kids and tolerates dogs.

Ma was found in East Cleveland after giving birth on someone’s porch!

👋 Meet Jimmy Reed, one of our three Blues kitties up for adoption! 🎶 Earlier this week you met Billie Holiday, Jimmy’s sister!

Jimmy is loving, approachable and loves to be held! He’s the kind of cat that will curl up on your lap and take a cat nap. 💤 He also loves to sleep with his humans at night and is a purr boat!
