It took me a little while to gather my thoughts… and my tears. 💔

Today was, without a doubt, one of the worst days for me. My heart is absolutely broken.

My generator caught fire, and unfortunately, the fire spread to my trailer. Thankfully, I am okay, and that is what I’m holding onto right now. But emotionally, this has been a lot to process.

At this time, I’m not sure exactly how long I’ll be down. Please bear with me as I work through everything and begin moving the next 1–2 weeks of appointments around. I promise I will reach out to everyone affected as soon as I can.

I cannot put into words how much the love, support, messages, and understanding mean to me right now. ❤️

I also completely understand that some of you may not be able to wait, and I will not be hurt at all if you need to find someone else in the meantime. If you need another groomer, please message me. I’d be more than happy to refer you to some other amazing groomers I trust. 🐾

Thank you for being patient with me, supporting my small business, and continuing to believe in me through this incredibly difficult moment.

Today hurt. A lot. 💔
But I’m still here, and I’ll figure out where we go from here. ❤️‍🩹🐾

Price Increase Notice

Unfortunately, the time has come where I need to make a small adjustment to my pricing.

With the continued rise in inflation, fuel costs, supplies, and overall cost of living, I can no longer absorb these increases on my end. Beginning soon, grooming services will increase by $10 per dog.

I have worked hard to keep my prices affordable for as long as possible, and even with this adjustment, my rates remain competitive with many newer groomers in the area.

I truly appreciate your understanding, support, and loyalty. Because of amazing clients like you, Chevy’s Shaggy Spa has continued to grow, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me with your pups! 🐾❤️

The time has come, as bittersweet as it is, I am officially no longer accepting new clients at this time. 🩷

When prebooking appointments, my current 6-8 week clients are already having to wait closer to 8-10 weeks to get back on the schedule. To make sure I can continue taking care of my loyal regulars and keep everyone on a consistent grooming schedule, I will not be accepting new clients until further notice.

For current clients:
• Prebooking your next appointments is highly suggested and preferred.
• If you are one of my regular 6-8 week clients and would like me to book your appointments out for the year, please send me a message so we can discuss availability.

I truly cannot thank y’all enough for all of the love, support, shares, referrals, and trust you’ve given to Chevy’s Shaggy Spa. Watching this little business grow into what it is today has been such a blessing, and I’m beyond grateful for every single one of you. 🐾
