A great opportunity for someone!

The crew had a great weekend at the MASSH - Minnesota Area Scenting & Shed Hunting DOY Event! With myself judging I didn't get any pictures.

Some highlights were the new man to the crew Miller coming out and taking 2nd Friday and 3rd both Saturday and Sunday. For this being his first event with us and his first event in general in a year, give or take, we couldn't be happier with how he preformed. Thanks RPM Retrievers for making him available to us!

Tonya Larson ran the other boys of the crew, Hemi and Cuda and went 6 for 6 on passes just missing the podium a few times!

Taytum ran Miller in youth as well. After a little bit of a struggle together Friday, they really started clicking the rest of the weekend. A few more kinks to work out and they will be tough to beat as a team!

Oakley ran Hemi for the first time at an event! They improved each day as a team and I couldn't be more proud of her and sticking with running him. He was really challenging her two weeks ago and she was about to throw in the towel. But get determination to do the best she can came through and they are also becoming a team to be reckoned with!

Little Miss Hadley loves running her dog Cuda! We cant thank all the clubs that allow her to run on a course and participate, even though she isn't old enough to run youth yet. She was extra proud of herself today as she ran the same course as her sister's and beat them both!

There was also a number of dogs we have trained over the years that had great runs this weekend.

The Badger State Shed Dogs crew had great runs with all the dogs we have had the pleasure of having a hand in training!

Mark O'Sell gave me the pleasure of running his new young pup that is just getting started in the shed world. We were able to pull off two wins and a second. Getting beat by only 3 100ths of a second. With those 3 great runs he earned fastest overall working dog for the weekend and his WSD Title!

Darcy Grieger and her rockstar Py put down great runs each day! It has been fun watching these two grow as a team over this season! They have a bright future in this game!

Ryan Waterman and Feenix are another force on the course! This is the team that was able to get by Cody and myself. It will be fun to watch these two in the coming years!

Mary Amann and Asher made the move up to Champion this weekend. It was great to be able to watch them be successful in their first runs at this level! As their confidence in each other and experience together grows. They will be knocking on the door with every run they make!

Melissa Driggers and her girl Beatrix had 3 great runs as well. It has been really fun for us to work with these two through their up and downs. We are always pulling for this team when they go onto the course!

Zach Meinhart and the kids had great runs with R***r! This young dog is starting to show the promise he would show flashes of during training. He has all the skills to be a great one and will get all the opportunity in the world to do so!

Rick Hamm and his female Oakley got the monkey off their back and put down a great run today, earning themselves their first win! They also put together a really nice run yesterday! Big congrats on your win!

Update: They both did great! Full Pulls on their first pulls, which put them in a pull off with 3 other girls! Oakley ended up taking 2nd and Taytum taking 3rd! We couldnt be more proud of them! With the placements they are now qualified for Nationals!

The twins wanted to say good luck to everyone competing at shed dogs today! They missing the shed events and looking forward to the MASSH Event next weekend. But they are excited to be pedal pulling at the Wisconsin State Pull today!

So we have been keeping a little secret. We got the opportunity to add to our group of dogs that we couldn't pass up! Please help us welcome ESD RPM'S Livin The High Life HOF! He has settled in great with us and we couldn't be more thrilled to be able to work with him again. We can't wait to compete with him in a few weeks!
