Our mission at Clear Creek Junction Outpost is to preserve the rugged, raw beauty of Lassen County by establishing a low-impact, primitive RV and equestrian campground. Located at the historic logging crossroads where the early 20th-century Southern Pacific and Red River Lumber Company rail lines once met, we provide self-contained travelers and trail riders with an authentic back-to-nature base camp. We are dedicated to maintaining open, off-grid spaces that cater to self-sufficient campers and pack animals, practicing strict resource stewardship near the local watershed, and offering a rustic staging ground for exploring the Lassen Volcanic National Park and Lake Almanor wilderness trails.
