Clarksville / Hopkinsville Community — We Need Your Help 🇺🇸🐾
Eddy’s K9 Retreat was founded in honor of Joseph “Eddy” Edwards with the mission of pairing high-drive, trained working dogs with Veterans in need of structure, companionship, and purpose.
Over the last few months, we took a brief step back while relocating across the border into Kentucky and preparing for the arrival of our newborn — but we’re proud to announce that:
🔹 Our Veteran K9 Program is officially relaunching now
🔹 Our Adventure Dog Boxes will be relaunching this April
And we are starting with a very special dog.

Meet Jasper 🐕🦺
Jasper is a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois with:
✔️ Professional training
✔️ Strong recall
✔️ High drive and intelligence
✔️ Working potential
✔️ Loyal temperament
He is not a beginner-level dog and will require an experienced handler who understands the responsibility that comes with owning a working-line Belgian Malinois.
We are looking for:
• A Veteran who is up for the challenge and lifelong companionship that comes with this breed
OR
• A local trainer, working home, or department willing to continue developing his skills and provide structure
Belgian Malinois are not just pets — they are partners. Jasper will thrive in an environment that can provide leadership, purpose, and continued engagement.
