You guys 🥹 My wonderful clients who continue to inspire me every single day… This was a big moment for me this week. I was invited to come onto one of the biggest and most respected Veterinary Podcast to discuss Mobile Vet Techs. It was one of those “I can’t believe I’m here moments” Dr. Ward and Beckie Mossor RVT have both won many awards for their work and advocacy for the Veterinary industry. When we advocate for the industry, we are also speaking up about petcare. and to be able to have this important conversation with them has been the biggest highlight for me since I became passionate about helping other Vet Techs and trying to form a standard of care for mobile work. - You can absolutely tell I was a fan girl holding back my giddiness in the beginning. I will continue to fight for pets to have better access to proper care while helping out my fellow Vet Tech friends become strong businesses owners.
It’s a privilege to step in your house once a month to help your families ❤️ Each and every one of you have contributed to hopefully one day change mobile petcare for the better.

Attention clients who are scheduled until June 10th! 🚨
Recently Kritters had a mishap when she was parked and another vehicle hit her. She went into the repair shop today and I have a rental for the next few weeks. Unfortunately, there were not many options for a fuel efficient vehicle so now during the gas price increases I have additional fuel costs with a lower mileage vehicle. I’m going to kindly ask that any non urgent last minute (48 hours) accommodation request will be charged an extra $5.00 fee. All of the routes run in one direction so when someone asks for me to come later or earlier, I’m often back tracking and adding unnecessary additional miles. I understand emergencies happen and that’s ok but I have been getting a lot of last minute non urgent requests to adjust my timeframe. Please remember, we are all a team and communication is always the way to my heart so please just keep me informed of any schedule changes on your part.
I’m beyond grateful to have this small business and for each and every client that I have ❤️🥹 Thank you!

Thank you everybody for all of the calls and texts this week. We got the results of Bronson’s Halter and he only had (2) Pre ventricular Contractions in 48 hours! His previous Halter in November indicated (24) in 48 hours with (16) of them concentrated in one hour. His Cardiologist stated that he is within normal limits and to follow up in one year!! 🙌🎉 We decided today is Happy Heart Day and got him a cake to celebrate with from Angela's Treat Stash, LLC!

We made sure to hook up our CSR team with a snack delivered this year and we encourage all of our clients to do the same. The clinics would fall apart without the front line 🫡❤️

Free Kitty City!!! One of our good clients got this new for her cat who decided she was just not into it 🤷‍♀️. If you would like to have this tower for your kitty please send me a message. If transportation is an issue, I’ll be happy to bring it free of charge at our next appointment.

We have another corporate merger, but this time it’s different. Chewy purchased a chain of clinics. How is this different? Well now we have retailers entering the Veterinary Practice space. Chewy also has a partnership with Trupanion and Lemonade Pet Insurance. Do we see the ecosystem that is building here? Companies are aligning in a battle of titans looking for major control of your pet’s health care.

We as pet owners are losing choices in our pet’s health care. I’m not 100% innocent in this either as I use Chewy for Bronson’s non prescription food/ supplements and work supplies.
I purchase all prescription medication directly from my independent private clinics. I want to fully support our local community even if I have to pay more. As always, I strongly urge my clients to use privately owned practices. Show our own community the support and it will pay forward. Once private practices are gone, that’s it, there is no coming back. Remember your Veterinarian won’t always brand or announce a corporate buyout. I dig around to all of the clinics in my free time to see if they are local or corporate. For any of my well established clients, I will always investigate a clinic to see who *ACTUALLY* owns them. If you ever want verification, just ask!

Chewy has taken over Modern Animal Vet Hospitals. Since the also have a pharmacy thy will now go after Pet Insurance companies which will mean small privately owned hospitals will struggle. Support your local veterinary hospital that is not owned by a corporation.

VCA is alway a corporation and they continue to buy out private hospitals.

Corporations have a quota to fill. The veterinarians are not allowed to make decisions on their own rather bound by corporate rules.

Support your local and privately owned veterinary clinics.
