Thank you for visiting Pet Care by Alicia! Here are the current rates and policies to help me continue to provide reliable, loving, and professional care to your pets.
📍 Serving Clarks Summit & surrounding areas.
*ALL SERVICES ARE DONE IN YOUR HOME & CATS and DOGS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE ON VACCINES*
Services Include:
• Overnight pet sitting: $55 per night, up to 4 pets. I am usually there from 6PM until 8AM. More than 4 pets, it is an additional $15 per pet. *THIS TIME IS NOT EXACT AND MAY VARY BASED ON MY SCHEDULE*
• Overnight pet sitting AND 1 Drop-in: $70 per night, up to 4 pets. This price includes 1 drop-in visit during the day. More than 4 pets, it is an additional $15 per pet.
• Day pet sitting: $50 per day for, up to, 8 hours. Maximum of 4 pets. Additional pets are $10 each.
• Drop-in visits (30 minutes):
~For dogs, it is $28 per visit, up to 2 dogs. Additional are $15 each.
~For cats, it is $25 per visit, up to 3 cats. Additional cats are $10 each.
• Medication administration is included in overnight and drop-in services.
OVERNIGHT and DROP-IN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHIN 12 MILES OF CVS IN CS.
💲PAYMENT POLICY: Exact cash (I don't carry change), PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle accepted.
DROP-IN: Payment must be made within 24 hours of the time drop-in visit was completed. If payment is not made, future services are not guaranteed.
OVERNIGHTS:
*IF YOU'RE BOOKING MORE THAN 4 NIGHTS TOTAL, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50 IS DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING TO HOLD THESE DATES. The deposit is NOT refundable and is applied to your balance for the time booked. If this deposit is not received after 5 days of booking, the time you requested is now available for others to book and is no longer reserved for you. The deposit secures the dates you requested. AGAIN, THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.*
IF BOOKING LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS, YOU MUST CONFIRM THE DATES REQUESTED WITHIN 4 DAYS. After 4 days, they are released and are no longer held for you.
• In-home nail trims: $18 per pet. I do run specials often, so check out if there are any running! I do nail trims, typically, within 3 miles of CVS in CS, unless I am specifically stating towns that I will be servicing on select dates.

🤝 First meet & greet (15–30 mins) is always free (for overnight and drop-in)
WHEN REACHING OUT, PLEASE COMMENT: YOUR LOCATION, SERVICE(S) NEEDED, NUMBER AND TYPE OF PET. NOTE: TRAVEL FOR NAIL TRIMS IS LIMITED. I'M BASED IN CLARKS SUMMIT. VISITS/OVERNIGHT HAVE LESS TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.
🌛 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OVERNIGHTS: If you cancel less than 7 days before the start day, 50% of balance is to be paid. I book the time exclusively for you and late cancellations usually don't allow me to fill the spot I had reserved for your overnight visit.
🎰 ANY FREE NAIL TRIMS WON DURING A CONTEST MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF BEING NOTIFIED YOU WON. IF NOT REDEEMED BY THEN, PRIZE IS FORFEITED.
✂️ CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NAIL TRIMS: If you cancel your appointment less than 1 hour before our appointment, I may not be able to provide you the special price (if applicable) and you may not be able to reschedule on a day and time that you most prefer and may need to wait until I am in your area again to reschedule. If you cancel on me 3 times, I may no longer provide services.
IN THE EVENT I NEED TO RESCHEDULE A NAIL TRIM: I will honor any sale price (if applicable) that was running that day and will work to find a time that works for you.
