From traveling through tornadoes and storms to get our girl bred… to watching all NINE babies here and thriving on my Mamaw’s birthday.

Kobra has completely amazed me. She is truly the BEST mommy to her babies.

A huge thank you to Brittney Holloway for trusting us with Stark and being there every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you Irene for helping us make this happen.

We’ve been keeping a little secret here at Bourbon Country Schnauzers…

Please give a GRAND welcome to THE RESERVE COLLECTION, born 9/24/26!

AKC CH Schutzengel’s Iron Man “Stark” × AKC GCH CH Firesilver Kobra FDC BCAT CGC ATT

This litter was carefully planned with one goal at heart — preserving the Pepper Salt Giant Schnauzer for generations to come.

A huge thank you to Brittney Holloway for trusting us and allowing us to use Stark. Also being there for me the entire breeding, labor, delivery, and after birth. I am so grateful you helped make this special litter possible.

Their journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

No love yesterday, but today Rosie brought home Reserve Winners under Judge Mrs. Nancy Liebes at the Autumn Harvest Cluster in Lebanon, Indiana! Thank you 🌹🖤

The twins came along to cheer her on, which made the day even sweeter. ❤️ Congratulations to all of today’s winners!

One more day of showing to go!

Absolutely love this photo I requested of Rosie and me! ❤️🌹🖤 She is such a beautiful girl, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds as she continues to grow and mature into the black beauty she already is!

Huge thank you to Nor Cal Bulldogger for capturing these stunning photos! 📸

And thank you, Andy Deer, for entrusting us with your keeper girl. I absolutely love her! 🖤🌹

Our boy is growing up right before our eyes! From that little puppy to the handsome young man he is today. So proud of our Woody! 🐾✨

🎉 HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY, ROSIE RUE! 🎉🖤🐾

No love from the judges at the dog show this weekend, but that’s okay — I couldn’t be more proud of this young lady! She hasn’t stepped into the ring since May, and she went right back in like she never missed a beat.

Today our girl officially turns ONE! 🥹🖤 We’re so proud of how far she’s come and so excited to see what year two has in store for her.

The ribbons will come. For now, we celebrate ROSIE! 🥳🎂🐾

Happy 1st Birthday, pretty girl! 🖤🌹

🏕️🐾 CAMPING WITH PETS? THE WAGGLE IS ONE THING I WON’T GO WITHOUT!

Nothing beats having peace of mind while camping, especially when our dogs are along for the adventure! We use the Waggle Pet Monitor to keep track of the temperature wherever our dogs are — and NO Wi-Fi is needed! 🙌

📲 It sends alerts straight to your phone if temperatures get too high or too low, so you know what’s happening even when you’re away.

We love ours so much that I also keep one in my Mallory’s Pawtique grooming unit AND one at home for extra peace of mind. 🐶💜

Waggle also offers cameras and other monitoring options that you can add to your setup for even more protection! 📷🐾

🔥 RIGHT NOW I HAVE A 60% OFF REFERRAL LINK! 🔥

Full disclosure — when you purchase through my referral link, I receive a $60 Amazon gift card, so you’re supporting Mallory’s Pawtique & Bourbon Country Schnauzers too! 🥰

Whether you camp, RV, travel with your dogs, groom professionally, or just want extra protection at home, this is one of those things that gives you some serious peace of mind. ❤️🐾

KOBRA IS OFFICIALLY IN GIANT STEPS! 🩶🤍🐾

So exciting to see GCH CH Firesilver Kobra FDC BCAT CGC ATT featured in the Giant Schnauzer Club of America’s magazine and Book of Excellence! Seeing our girl in print is pretty darn special. 🥹

What makes this issue even better is seeing so many other Pepper Salt Giants represented too!

The future of Pepper Salt depends on all of us working together—breeders, owners, handlers and supporters—to get more quality PS Giants in the AKC conformation ring AND out doing performance sports.

The more these dogs are seen, the better. Let’s show everyone what a beautiful, versatile and capable Giant Schnauzer looks like in Pepper Salt. 💪

Here’s to preserving the color, supporting one another, and getting MORE NICE PS GIANTS OUT THERE!

So proud of you, Kobra. 🩶🤍
