🚨 CAN ARTIFICIAL FOOD DYES AFFECT YOUR DOG’S BEHAVIOR?

Researchers at São Paulo State University (UNESP), one of Brazil’s leading veterinary research universities, set out to answer a simple question:

Can an artificial food dye change a dog’s behavior?

In this controlled feeding study, healthy dogs were fed nutritionally identical diets for 21 days. The only difference was the amount of the artificial food dye Ponceau Red 4R (E124) added to the food.

After the feeding period, researchers evaluated the dogs for anxiety- and aggression-related behaviors.

The findings were surprising:

😟 Dogs receiving the lower dose of the artificial dye displayed significantly more anxiety-like behaviors, including:

• Pacing
• Repeatedly pawing at walls or kennel doors
• Repetitive “tap dancing” movements in place

This study adds to previous research in children and laboratory animals suggesting that certain artificial food dyes may influence behavior in susceptible individuals.

Artificial colors provide no nutritional benefit to dogs. Their primary purpose is to make pet food and treats look more appealing to people, not pets.

So if your dog doesn’t need artificial colors…

Why feed them? 🎨🐕

🌱🐶 NEARLY 7 IN 10 DOGS TESTED SHOW EXPOSURE TO W**D KILLER (GLYPHOSATE).

A new peer-reviewed study published in Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry finds that 68% of dogs tested had glyphosate detected in their urine. Researchers estimate dogs may have around 35 times greater glyphosate exposure than the average person, and the highest glyphosate level detected was nearly 40 times higher than the highest level previously measured in humans.

The study couldn’t pinpoint a single source: researchers believe dogs are likely exposed through multiple everyday sources, including treated grass, parks, soil, dust, food, drinking water, and by licking their paws after spending time outdoors.

Why does this matter?

Glyphosate can deplete glutathione (the body’s master antioxidant), increase oxidative stress and inflammation, stress the liver, disrupt the gut microbiome, and suppress the body’s natural detoxification pathways.

That’s exactly why we created Liver Lift™: it provides nutrients that help support the body’s own detoxification and antioxidant systems.

💚 NAC, glutathione, and glycine help replenish glutathione, one of the body’s most important detox molecules.

🥦 Broccoli sprouts provide sulforaphane, which activates the Nrf2 pathway, a key detox and cellular defense system that laboratory studies suggest glyphosate can suppress.

🌿 Milk thistle, TUDCA, SOD, and carnosine help support healthy liver cells and antioxidant defenses.

🌱 Humic and fulvic acids have been shown in laboratory studies to bind glyphosate, while chlorella has been studied for helping the body eliminate certain environmental contaminants through the digestive tract.

🥦 RESEARCH SUGGESTS BROCCOLI MAY BE ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL LONGEVITY FOODS YOU CAN ADD TO YOUR DOG’S BOWL.🐾

Broccoli is one of nature’s richest sources of sulforaphane, a remarkable plant compound that doesn’t just work as an antioxidant. It helps switch on your dog’s own built-in protective systems, supporting detoxification, cellular repair, healthy inflammation, and defense against oxidative stress.

In a peer-reviewed dog study, a single dose of sulforaphane activated natural anti-cancer defenses within just 24 hours. In longevity research, sulforaphane has also extended lifespan by more than 50% in animal models, making it one of the most exciting plant compounds being studied for healthy aging.

Broccoli is also rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and prebiotics that nourish the gut microbiome and support long-term health.

🥦 One simple trick: finely chop broccoli and let it sit for up to 90 minutes before serving it raw. This gives broccoli’s natural enzyme time to produce more sulforaphane, helping maximize one of its most valuable protective compounds.

Sometimes the most powerful longevity foods aren’t expensive supplements. They’re already sitting in your refrigerator.
