When preparing a horse for trail riding, it’s important that they learn to be confident regardless of their position in the group- leading, following or crammed in the middle of the pack.
I also like to teach them patience by letting everyone else ride ahead and we calmly catch up. Here is Pippa demonstrating 🤩🦄

Beautiful sunset ride last night on Pippa, a five year old mustang mare I started a few months ago. Pippa is everything you want in a trail horse- willing, calm and confident!
