✨ We’ve been a little quiet… but for a very good reason! ✨

Sorry we’ve been a little MIA lately! After our last sweet babies headed off to their forever homes, we decided to take a brief break from social media to slow down, enjoy some much-needed time with our pack, and soak up the calm before our next little bundles arrive. 🐾💕

But September is here… and so is BABY MONTH! 🥹🐶

We are so excited to share that we have TWO beautiful litters expected this month!

👑 Leia × Legend
This is an especially exciting litter for us as we’ve had the privilege of watching Leia grow from our baby into the beautiful girl she is today — and now we get to watch her become a mama for the very first time! 💜

✨ Expected September 14th–17th
🐾 Long & smooth coats possible
🎨 Black, Chocolate, Dilute, Isabella & Cream possibilities
🤍 Dapple and/or Piebald possibilities

🌸 Lacey × Leroy
Another litter that is incredibly special to us! With both Lacey and Leroy nearing retirement, every opportunity to have babies from this pairing feels a little extra sentimental. We cannot wait to see what these two give us this time. 🥹💕

Both litters are expected THIS MONTH, which means our home is about to get a whole lot busier — and a whole lot cuter! 🐾

As always, our breeding dogs are extensively health tested, including OFA/CHIC evaluations for heart, patellas & eyes, along with Embark DNA testing, because beautiful puppies are only part of our goal — health and temperament will always come first.

We’re rested, the whelping supplies are ready, and our puppy room is about to be full again. 💜

We said goodbye to our sweet baby Sage today, from Lily & Leroy’s “May Flowers” litter!

He flew home with a pet nanny to his new family out in the Midwest! He will hopefully be a future stud dog for them someday 💙 Congratulations to his family and best wishes to sweet Sage on his new journey!

It’s been an emotional few days here at Little Legs Luxury Dachshunds! 🥹💕

Four of Layla’s six precious puppies have officially headed off to begin their next adventures with their forever families. As always, it has been such a joy and privilege to raise these sweet babies—and this litter was extra special because we’re keeping one of them as part of our Little Legs family! 🥰

This handsome longhaired Blue & Tan Piebald boy is truly something special. Basil has the funniest little personality, loves being with his people, and is happiest when he’s getting cuddles or making everyone around him smile. He’s the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and endlessly charming.

🌸 Meet Basil — the last little bloom from our May Flowers litter still looking for his forever family! 💙

This handsome boy will be ready to head home on July 23rd, and he has completely stolen our hearts.
